Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by Florida without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
There are multiple factors that make each ad account unique, (age of ad account, age of business manager, age of personal Facebook account, who you have given access to your ad account in the past, how warmed up your ad account is etc.) and Facebook is known to update their policies daily. We will do our best to alert you of any updates, but there will always be occasions where words or creatives you use will trigger the algorithm to disapprove ads. Every piece of content, copy (text), creatives (images) and more have been approved in the past. Use these assets with your best judgement and understanding that you are in complete control of your ad account. This is not legal advice. Check with your local and state DOIs & CMS before running ads.
