My Background

Dr. Alan Holt brings over 21 years of diverse industry experience to his distinguished career. A former athlete with more than four decades of public sector involvement, he has dedicated himself to mentoring and developing aspiring individuals, especially low-income youth, through his work with Track & Field organizations. His leadership has helped cultivate Olympians from his club, highlighting his ability to guide teams to success.

Dr. Holt’s expertise extends across industry leadership, community service, and executive management. As CEO of Growth Strategies for Life Academy and Access Insurance and Benefits Group, he leverages his multifaceted experience to drive organizational growth and impact.

Additionally, Dr. Holt has founded and led three churches, reflecting his enduring commitment to positive community transformation worldwide. Certified as both a Life Coach and Sales Trainer, he combines practical knowledge with motivational insight, empowering individuals to achieve personal and professional excellence.
